About the role:

As a Technical Advisor, you will serve as SailPoint's principal-level identity security strategist for the enterprise. Your mission is to own the multi-year platform adoption roadmap, architecting unified governance across human, machine, and AI agent identities. You will ensure that every deployment of SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud, Agentic Fabric, and adjacent capabilities translates into measurable business value-quantified as breach risk reduction, compliance efficiency, and operational cost avoidance. You are a trusted technical strategist and a peer to customer CISOs, CIOs,



and VP-level engineering leaders. You possess an innate ability to translate complex technical realities into strategic business risk language that drives executive decision-making. As a thought leader in the identity security space, you are driven by professional growth and learning agility. You demonstrate a continuous commitment to expanding your domain mastery, exploring emerging technologies, and engaging with industry developments across identity governance, AI agent security, and enterprise architecture.
