Finance: Empowering strategic decisions through expertise; fuelling sustainable growth by delivering insights, managing risk and driving value across global operations.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceThis dynamic role is divided into three core areas of expertise:Real Estate ManagementOversee property portfolio operations including lease administration, tenant relations, and facility management coordinationConduct property performance evaluations and recommend optimization strategies for space utilization and cost efficiencyManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for property services and maintenanceCoordinate property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teamsEnsure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards across all propertiesDevelop and implement property management policies and standard operating proceduresConduct regular site inspections and property condition assessmentsPrepare capital expenditure plans and manage property budgetsData Analytics & ReportingDesign and maintain comprehensive real estate databases and management information systemsDevelop automated dashboards and visualization tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and ROI metricsPerform financial modeling and scenario analysis for investment decisions and portfolio optimizationConduct market research and competitive analysis using data analytics toolsGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and stakeholdersImplement data quality controls and ensure accuracy of property information across systemsAnalyze trends in space utilization, operating costs,



and market conditions to inform strategic planningCreate predictive models for lease expirations, maintenance needs, and budget forecastingStrategic PlanningContribute to long-term real estate strategy development using data-driven insightsIdentify opportunities for portfolio rationalization and cost reduction through analyticsSupport sustainability initiatives by tracking and analyzing energy consumption and environmental metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to integrate real estate data systemsPresent findings and recommendations to executive leadershipWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in real estate management, property portfolio administration, or related fieldFluency in English (written and verbal)/Multilingual skills advantageousDemonstrated experience with data analysis, business intelligence, or financial modelingProfessional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager), RPA (Real Property Administrator), or equivalent preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modelingExperience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Familiarity with real estate management software (Yardi, MRI, Argus, CoStar, or equivalent)Proficiency in database management and SQL queriesExperience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R, or similar) is advantageousUnderstanding of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and spatial analysis tools is a plusKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)How Would You Stand Out?Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, lease structures, and property valuation methodsKnowledge of facilities management, building operations, and maintenance processesFamiliarity with local property regulations, zoning laws,
