Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics, or another data-driven domain; * 3+ Years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making and acting on those insights; * Strong analytical and coding skills; * Good SQL and Excel proficiency or extensive coding experience; * Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI; * Strong strategic vision and business mindset; * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; * Ability to break down complex problems into solutions; * Ability to work in a high-growth, high-performance environment and handle ambiguity; * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; * English is a must; * Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
