Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Accounting u0026amp; Reporting function for Glovo’s entities in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Poland from Barcelona. You will oversee month-end closing, audits, and reconciliations, while guiding a 4–6 person team and partnering with local, regional and HQ finance teams. You will drive process improvements and ERP-related initiatives to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and compliance. - Supervise month-end closing for Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish entities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Lead a team of 4–6 accountants across local and international markets
- Ensure audits are submitted on time and cooperate with external auditors
- Review and approve monthly reconciliations for Pu0026L and balance sheet
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting policies
- Map process improvements with Accounting PMO and drive planning/execution
- Participate in implementation of local ERPs and other finance projects

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- 8+ years of accounting experience in multinational companies
- Experience in people management
- Experience with general ledger and month-end/ year-end closing
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and OneStream is a plus
- ERP migration experience is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
