Experteer Overview As a Reliability Engineer for mechanical seals, you implement and improve the Reliability Action Plan at customer sites, focusing on on-site assessment, diagnosis, and installation. You manage inspection routes and monitor critical equipment to prevent failures and boost MTBR. You’ll document activities in contract or management systems and drive corrective actions through root cause analyses. - Implement and continuously improve the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
- Provide on-site assessment, diagnosis, and installation support for mechanical seals
- Plan, execute, and monitor scheduled plant equipment inspection routes




- Perform root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
- Maintain documentation and tracking in contract/management systems
- Monitor critical equipment (bad actors) and develop corrective actions
- Prepare structured inspection and condition reportsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
- Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
