Overview As Principal Engineer, you will lead yield improvement and test-coverage optimization for advanced microcontroller products. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive cost-efficient manufacturing strategies. You’ll own the test program evolution and derivative bring-ups to fuel NSO and business growth. This role combines hands-on problem solving with technical leadership in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. Responsabilidades * Investigate and resolve production failures using laboratory tools and bench equipment to drive yield improvement and product quality * Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous enhancement of microcontroller test coverage * Drive cost-reduction initiatives including test time reduction, test yield improvement, fab site qualification,



and manufacturing flow transfers to lower-cost locations * Perform comprehensive customer return analysis and generate detailed failure analysis reports to support corrective and preventive actions * Lead the bring-up of product derivatives from the existing portfolio to support NSO and business growth * Define and implement test program improvements to enhance product performance, quality, and manufacturing efficiency Requisitos principales * Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering or related field * 10+ years in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or related discipline * Strong programming proficiency in C, C++, Perl, Python * Proven track record of delivering results through innovative problem-solving and technical leadership * Ability to take on challenges, drive initiatives independently, and manage priorities to meet business objectives * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive team KPIs and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * technical leadership * problem-solving * independence and initiative * C * C++ * Perl
