As Senior Lead Solution Architect at Nagarro, you will define scalable, secure architectures for general Healthcare u0026amp; Life Sciences programs. You will provide technical leadership across complex initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape the architectural runway and ensure compliance. You’ll guide cloud and integration strategies, DevOps practices, and regulatory alignment to drive predictable, high-impact delivery. This role offers impact across enterprise-scale programs and opportunities to influence technology roadmaps in a dynamic, outcomes-focused culture.

• Define the architectural vision and target-state solution architecture for complex initiatives
• Collaborate with Solution Management and stakeholders to design aligned solutions
• Coordinate with System Architects, ARTs, and suppliers to elaborate designs and validate decisions
• Maintain Architectural Runway to enable scalable delivery
• Define interfaces, APIs, deployment models, and non-functional requirements
• Align architecture decisions across teams to reduce complexity and promote reuse
• Evaluate emerging technologies supporting business goals
• Lead architecture workshops with technical and business stakeholders

• Promote CI/CD and modern DevOps practices




• Ensure security, quality, regulatory, and data governance compliance
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on roadmaps and enablers
• Drive cloud, data management, automation, and analytics architecture decisions
• Manage external suppliers and partners involved in solutions
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles
• Experience in SAFe environments supporting Solution Trains and ARTs
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF, API Architecture, SOA, and modern integration patterns
• Hands-on design experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, microservices, CI/CD and DevOps
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Protection, Security Architecture
• Experience in highly regulated industries (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharma)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills
• Experience with globally distributed teams and complex enterprise environments
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
