Overview

As a Client Services Specialist at Autodesk, you ensure timely, empathetic support to customers and partners, resolving access and product issues and guiding users through self-service resources. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient service and contribute to partner enablement and training. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, content creation for a shared knowledge base, and proactive communication across multiple channels. You will play a key part in shaping a positive, knowledgeable customer experience and driving improvements in processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

- Ensure customers have immediate access to purchased Autodesk software and troubleshoot access issues
- Communicate with customers/partners via phone, chat, and email
- Handle support requests including order processing, licenses, sign-in, and presales inquiries
- Conduct Autodesk Account how-to sessions and remote assistance as needed
- Serve as SME on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools
- Drive partner enablement, onboarding, training,



and participation in forums and reviews
- Educate customers/partners on self-serve resources and create training content
- Create/modify knowledge base content for internal and external use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and align with sales for campaigns and order-related queries
- Act as liaison with multiple departments and advocate for customers/partners
- Identify process improvements, system enhancements or automation to reduce effort
- Adhere to Autodesk Great Behaviors Guide and meet/exceed KPIs

Requisitos principales

- Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn internal applications and partner/customer platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Strong teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and German and/or French
- Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
- Experience in a customer service environment
