You will partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks and enable new product introductions and strategic initiatives. - Own end-to-end distribution planning for an assigned product portfolio with high availability and optimized network performance.
- Identify supply risks and imbalances, develop mitigation plans, and recover before customer impact occurs.
- Drive replenishment execution across the global network and ensure timely inventory deployment.
- Lead distribution readiness for new product introductions, geo expansions, and phase-ins/outs.
- Analyze inventory performance, backorders, aging inventory, and key supply metrics to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Regional Planning,



and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges.
- Champion continuous improvement by enhancing planning processes, automation, and system capabilities across the distribution network.
- Communicate risks, impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on ownership and accountability.Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
- Experience in supply chain planning in similar industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, project management, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence cross-functional teams
