As an Agile Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader and coach for cross-functional software teams within a large-scale program. You will drive Agile ceremonies, enable delivery transparency, and foster continuous improvement to maximize business value. You’ll partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure backlog health and dependable delivery across multiple streams. Your work will support Accenture’s mission of delivering digital transformation at speed and scale. This role offers hybrid work in Spain with a clear focus on program control services and enterprise-scale delivery.

Responsabilidades
• u003e= 6 years in Scrum Master/Agile delivery roles
• u003e= 6 years applying Agile/Scrum in software engineering
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software with complex dependencies
• Experience using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time, sprint performance)
• English level B2/C1
• Experience with Product Owners, engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, and program leadership
• Ability to identify, manage, and resolve impediments and blockers
