We help customers power economies and deliver electricity vital to health, safety, and quality of life.Let's Talk about the RoleAs a Lead Tendering Manager, you will manage the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transmission projects, developing competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and integral factory teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, risk assessment and successful project handover.Key responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and solutions during the pre-ITO process, working closely with Commercial teams and analysing customer requirements, scope, specifications, schedules, performance and costs.- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from opportunity identification through proposal submission and follow-up of outcomes.- Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with the Tendering Manager, PSS and KAMs.- Prepare offer costing, tender documentation, risk analysis and project margin estimates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.- Ensure bids are technically and commercially compliant, submitted on time, aligned with customer requirements and in accordance with GE Vernova standards and procedures.- Coordinate with global factories and internal stakeholders, lead the handover of awarded projects to Project Managers, and support execution with technical clarifications and change orders.- Drive standardization, best practices and continuous improvement within the Tendering function, including tools,



processes and lessons learned.What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)- This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).- Proven experience as Tendering Manager or Project Manager within the high-voltage industry.- Experience of electrical transmission and distribution industry.- Spanish & English fluent (minimum C1).- Knowledge of Gas Insulated Substations, Power Transformers, AIS and other power transmission products.What will make you stand out- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to analyze and solve problems.- Independent and team worker (Pro-Active), capacity to generate new solutions to the department to improve daily work.- Strong oral and written communication skills, aptitude to work in an international organization.Our CultureEvery action shapes our future.
