What will your day at GAC look like?

-

- Manage supplier payments in different currencies.

- Process and record supplier invoices accurately and on time.

- Carry out bank reconciliations and keep financial records up to date.

- Monitor and respond to finance-related email communications.

- Follow accounting procedures, internal controls and company policies.

- Support data quality, document management and record keeping.

- Work with colleagues and external suppliers to resolve queries and payment or invoice discrepancies.

- Support compliance checks, including sanctions screening and supplier verification.

- Maintain accurate filing and archiving of financial documents.

- Assist with other finance and administrative tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

-

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or at least three years of relevant finance experience.

- Fluent written and spoken English.





- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
