You'll start on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then move to a hybrid model (a mix of remote and office days) once you finish your learning period.

What you'll do

- Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures
- Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience

What we're looking for





- Spoken and written proficiency in Aranese and Spanish
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Availability to attend on-site training
- Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service
