Compensaciones / Beneficios * flexible schedule * 2-day remote work * permanent contract * benefits package Responsabilidades * Analyze production process performance and monitor KPIs * Develop and update annual standard costs for manufactured products * Prepare financial analyses and management reports to improve plant efficiency * Participate in budgeting and forecasting with financial analysis * Support monthly closing activities in collaboration with FSSC * Review financial analyses of third-party contracts across departments * Act as financial business partner for Production, Quality,



and R&D; * Calculate and analyze manufacturing product costs * Prepare statistical reports required by official institutions (e.g., INE) * Support internal and external audits * Design and maintain controls to ensure SOX compliance * Maintain SAP material master data related to costing Requisitos principales * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field * Minimum English level of B2.2 * Minimum 3 years in industrial environments, preferably pharmaceutical, with cost analysis and control experience * Strong understanding of industrial costing and financial controlling processes * Experience with SAP (CO) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills * Stakeholder management * Cross-functional collaboration * Proactive problem-solving * SAP CO costing * Advanced Excel * Power BI
