Publish a working schedule, remain reliably reachable within it, and communicate planned absences.Contribute to adjacent CI/CD, front-end, or C++ package work when needed, using research, AI assistance, and collaboration rather than assuming expertise in every stack.MUST HAVESStrong hands-on TypeScript engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience, and demonstrated ability to own technical delivery independently. Experience length alone does not establish readiness for sole-engineer product ownership.A product-engineering mindset:
