Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and govern the HR domain architecture across the enterprise, ensuring a coherent, secure, and scalable HR technology landscape. You will translate enterprise guardrails into domain-level guidance for HR platforms, working within Enterprise Architecture to align HR solutions with strategy. You’ll own the Workday landscape, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain up-to-date architecture documentation. This position supports a decentralized enterprise and high-level governance while shaping the HR technology roadmap and capabilities.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Define, govern, and evolve HR domain architecture and target state
- Establish HR architecture principles and guardrails
- Lead HR integration and data architecture and data distribution patterns
- Conduct solution architecture reviews and assessments for HR solutions
- Develop and maintain the HR domain roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR technology roadmap
- Maintain architecture documentation in EA tools (e.G., Ardoq)




- Act as end‑to‑end architect for the Workday landscape ensuring coherence with strategy
- Review Workday footprint to identify overlaps, gaps, and opportunities to leverage native capabilities
- Understand Workday modules/capabilities and stay updated with releases to advise on landscape integrationResponsabilidades
- 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles
- Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.G., Workday)
- Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)
- Understanding of privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data
- Experience in and understanding of HR processes and operating models
- Proven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises
- Experience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes and cross-domain dependency management
