As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Incode, you will design and evolve cloud-native infrastructure that supports scalable, secure identity experiences at a integral scale. You’ll partner with developers to turn complex challenges into automated, reliable systems and help accelerate deployments. Your work underpins fast, trustworthy AI-powered identity verification across financial, government, and consumer platforms. Responsabilidades
- Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes-based environments (AWS EKS) for scalability, resilience and security
- Drive IaC using Terraform to ensure consistent deployments across clients
- Troubleshoot live environments to minimize downtime and maintain customer experiences
- Build and optimize observability stacks (Prometheus, Loki,



ELK, Grafana or similar)
- Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and CI/CD using GitHub Actions
- Contribute to engineering standards and automation frameworks
- Stay updated on AWS and DevOps innovations to improve speed, efficiency and scale

Requisitos principales
- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar
- Hands-on Kubernetes deployment and management, preferably on AWS EKS
- Strong Terraform expertise for automation across environments
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with a Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics-based observability stack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
