Overview In this role you own the development of cloud and network security products, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen ISGs security infrastructure from Madrids Digital Hub. You will drive innovative security solutions across cloud and network domains, translating requirements into a roadmap and clear user stories. You’ll shape product strategy, mentor teams, and advance security practices to enable scalable, secure digital transformation. and CI/CD pipelines * Collaborate with senior leadership and other product owners to align goals and ensure clear cross-department communication * Translate technical requirements into User Stories affecting the roadmap * Lead teams to build scalable security solutions aligned with business needs * Ensure adoption and continuous improvement of cloud security practices and network protections * Mentor cloud security teams on technical work and strategic alignment * Apply strategic planning to drive product development aligned with long-term business goals * Foster an Agile mindset to support iterative development and product improvements Requisitos principales * Proven experience leading teams/projects in cloud network security * Strong know-how of Zscaler, Checkpoint, Azure Cloud Security and automation tech (Ansible, Terraform) * Experience managing security tools for IaaS and PaaS; LAN and WAN networking expertise * Leadership experience in cloud security and cross-functional collaboration * MS stack expertise with hands-on Azure experience * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within scope and deadlines * Strong communication to simplify complex concepts for directors and non-technical audiences * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritize features * Very strong English communication skills * leadership * cross-functional collaboration * clear communication * Azure Cloud Security * Zscaler * Checkpoint
