Experteer Overview As part of the Investment Risk IT team, you will blend manual testing with automation to ensure quality across risk platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts and product owners to embed quality into the delivery lifecycle. You’ll design automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD, contributing to scalable, reliable risk software. This role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment in a leading integral firm with a strong emphasis on process improvement and learning. You will help shape QA practices and leverage your testing skills to support a robust development workflow.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design and execute manual test cases across frontend, API and database layers
- Create clear test evidence and execution reports in Allure
- Collaborate with developers, analysts and product owners to understand requirements early
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber BDD and Serenity BDD
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins)
- Contribute to performance, load and stress testing for reliability and scalability
- Participate in reviews of test code and practices, sharing constructive feedback




- Analyze test results and quality metrics to improve coverage and delivery decisions
- Suggest improvements to QA approach, automation strategy, tooling, and ways of workingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of QA experience with manual testing and automation
- 3+ years of test automation experience in complex enterprise landscapes
- Experience with Serenity BDD, Cucumber and Gatling or willingness to deepen expertise
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Gradle
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Team-oriented with curiosity to understand business processes
- Finance/investment risk or asset management experience is a plus
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; German a plus
