Experteer Overview
As Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR you build scientific partnerships with local KOLs to enable access and advocacy based on evidence. You act as the in-field medical expert for hematology tumors and lead local medical plans aligned with business goals. You collaborate with investigators, promote central medical activities locally, and ensure timely, compliant dissemination of clinical data. This role blends scientific leadership with field execution to strengthen Pfizer’s medical presence in the territory.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and consolidate local KOL networks and scientific institution relationships to support medical leadership
• Serve as the in-field hematology tumor medical expert
• Gather field intelligence on investigators and competitive activities and identify collaboration opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and provide country-level support for therapeutic areas
• Facilitate medical-to-medical communications and disseminate scientific information to the scientific community
• Prepare scientific talks/presentations and ensure new clinical data are disseminated accurately per product label
• Maintain strong medical presence at investigational sites and key centers; provide leadership in relationships with investigators




• Support research grants processes and management for independent studies and post-marketing studies
• Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional activities with regional KOLs and societies
• Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and track activities with period reports
• Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and regulations in all scientific activities

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Health Sciences; MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
• Experience as MSL/MSR preferred; oncology/hematology local environment knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English
• Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience in medical writing and submission to peer-reviewed journals
• Strong customer orientation with a science-based approach
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate across functions
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance
• Digital literacy and openness to AI/digital environments
