Experteer Overview
In this role you lead aerospace programs from initiation to closure, ensuring strategy alignment with organizational guidelines and contractual fulfillment. You manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks to deliver on time, quality, and cost, while coordinating with cross-functional domains and maintaining clear customer communication. You act as the program owner for deliverables and baseline management, driving customer satisfaction and program integrity.

Responsabilidades
• Technical or managing degree for leading aerospace programs
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Team player with proactive attitude
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
