As FX Operations Specialist, you will oversee the daily functioning and stability of the Forex trading and settlement platforms, driving efficiency and reducing operational risk. You will collaborate with IT and development teams to validate new functionalities and support onboarding of new clients from an operational perspective. You contribute to regulatory reporting and performance indicators, while pursuing process improvements and workflow automation. This role sits at the intersection of operations, quality, and fintech transformation, empowering you to shape scalable Forex workflows.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee daily FX trading and settlement platform operations ensuring stability, efficiency, and accuracy
• Participate in testing environments with IT to validate releases, functionalities, and fixes before production




• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations; contribute to supervisory reports and KPIs
• Support onboarding and ongoing activity of new clients from an operational standpoint
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow automation

Responsabilidades
• At least 2 years in financial markets operations or post-trade environments
• Experience in QA or operations roles with testing/UAT in financial systems (valued)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a small collaborative team
• Fluent in business English and Spanish (oral and written)
