You will lead and mentor a group of software engineers, shape the technical direction, and oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. and delivery of software projects * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and objectives * Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes Requisitos principales * At least 5 years as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years as Tech Lead * Passion for mentoring and developing talent * Technical education in engineering or similar * Strong communications skills * Experience in people management, career development and performance evaluation * Experience with assessment tools and metrics * Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile, peer reviews, testing, sprints) * Resourceful with informed decision-making * Team leadership attitude * Emotional intelligence * Strong communication * Strong technical expertise * Experience with Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprint execution * Problem-solving skills
