You will lead a diverse, international engineering group, promoting AI-enabled approaches and advanced data processing to optimize railway automation. You’ll ensure safety compliance and efficient life-cycle processes while raising engineering excellence across time zones. - Lead and develop a global, multidisciplinary engineering team across signaling projects
- Drive technical excellence and the adoption of AI tools and data processing (e.G., LIDAR) for ATC/CBTC design and testing
- Ensure compliance with CENELEC safety standards and V-Model lifecycle
- Promote automated methods to improve quality and reduce time-to-market across regions
- Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges in international projects
