Overview

As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR, you will cultivate scientific partnerships with local KOLs to support access and advocacy grounded in evidence. You will serve as the in-field medical expert for GU tumours and lead local medical-scientific plans that align with regional strategy. You’ll acquire field intelligence, facilitate collaborations, and disseminate data via medical-to-medical communications, while ensuring regulatory and scientific standards. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to shape local medical strategy and investigator engagement.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific institutions to support medical leadership
- Serve as the in-field medical expert for GU tumours
- Gather and interpret field medical intelligence to identify investigators and collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and support country-level TA activities
- Attend scientific meetings and lead medical-to-medical communications
- Prepare scientific talks and presentations; disseminate new clinical data accurately per label
- Ensure strong medical presence at investigational sites and key centers; provide scientific leadership
- Support research grants planning and management, including non-interventional studies and PMCF




- Collaborate with internal teams and support regulatory/compliance in all activities
- Track field activities and communications through periodic reporting
- Support internal training of commercial colleagues on clinical data and medicines

Requisitos principales

- MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired; degree in Health Sciences required
- Experience as MSL/MSR or in Oncology/hematology preferred
- Fluency in English
- Clinical background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with scientific and non-scientific audiences
- Experience in medical writing and submission to peer-reviewed journals
- Customer-oriented, science-based mindset; ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and adapt to new digital tools
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance; regulatory savvy
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
- Understanding of drug development, pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation; Clinical Research knowledge
