The team also works with clients at an early stage to assess potential disputes, manage risk and seek commercial solutions before matters elevate.Where formal proceedings become necessary, the team acts across a broad range of dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex construction disputes as well as project advisory matters,
