Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience in health insurance
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of sector trends, pricing/repricing decisions, and market practices
• Quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with experience in insurance products and business
• Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business, and legal questions related to insurance
• Builder mindset with a drive to scale and optimize processes and systems
• Willingness to change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
