You will investigate complex customer issues, debug and maintain backend components, develop and validate hotfixes, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute targeted product improvements in a long-term enterprise support environment.You will work in an English-speaking, distributed product-support organization serving SAP stakeholders and enterprise customers.

The role combines hands‑on backend development with operational support: incident ownership, customer-focused investigation, maintenance engineering, and continuous improvement.
