Role Description

As the Co-Founder - Operations & Partnership EN/ES

You will lead operational planning, process optimization, and strategic partnerships across English- and Spanish-speaking markets.

This is a part-time hybrid role based in San Xoán de Río (San Xoán), with flexibility for some work from home. On a day-to-day basis, you will design and refine internal workflows, oversee cross-functional coordination, and ensure that teams are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that accelerate product adoption and market expansion, collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams.

You will also conduct market and partner research, contribute to go-to-market initiatives, and represent the product in external events, and client interactions in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate operations, partnerships, and market opportunities, and to support data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

- Proven experience in sales and partnership development, including pipeline creation, negotiation,



and long-term relationship management.

- Solid marketing and go-to-market skills to support positioning, messaging, and collaborative campaigns with partners.

- Ability to conduct structured research on markets, competitors, and potential partners to inform strategy and execution.

- Prior experience in operations, business development, or startup leadership, ideally in SaaS or productivity tools.

- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating closely with distributed teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and willingness to take ownership in a growing company
