Overview
In this role you will enable end-to-end visibility into core business processes by analyzing transactional data from SAP and other sources. You’ll reconstruct As-Is processes, compute KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities that reduce waste and boost performance. You will work with cross-functional teams in an international setting to translate findings into actionable recommendations. The role combines data engineering, process mining, and business impact, using leading tools to drive measurable change.

Responsabilidades
- Extract, model, and prepare event logs from SAP and other sources
- Build and configure analyses in Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
- Reconstruct As-Is processes and identify variants and rework
- Calculate and monitor process KPIs (throughput time, cycle time, waiting time, rework rate, automation rate, conformance)
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies,
and root causes with quantified impact
- Design dashboards/visualizations to support decision-making
- Present findings and improvement plans to business and IT stakeholders
- Measure impact of actions and perform follow-up
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, data engineering, and process owners
Requisitos principales
- 3-5+ years in Process Mining, process analysis, or process intelligence
- Hands-on experience with Celonis and/or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling/processing
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Ability to define KPIs and translate data into business recommendations
