As Optima Solutions Site Manager at PPG, you will serve as the main liaison between PPG and the customer, ensuring clear communication, operational excellence, and high satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and onsite activities to align customer requirements with PPG operations. You will drive issue resolution across product, process, and quality areas while maintaining accurate reporting in PPG systems. This role is customer-facing, fast-paced, and requires strong relationship management and problem-solving to enable successful product launches and site operations in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

- Primary point of contact between PPG and the customer
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via regular communication and meetings
- Coordinate activities across multiple PPG teams (manufacturing, technical, support)
- Monitor, track, and drive resolution of product, process, and quality issues
- Prepare and communicate operational, quality, and performance reports
- Support product launches, trials,



industrialization activities, and material implementation
- Ensure updates and reporting within PPG systems and tools
- Coordinate logistics, inventory visibility, and material availability with Supply Chain
- Promote and maintain EHS policy compliance
- Lead onsite teams and coordinate resources as needed

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or industrial environments
