In this role you drive the CBTC application team to deliver cutting-edge software, data, and testing for global signaling projects. You will lead a diverse, international engineering group, promoting AI-enabled approaches and advanced data processing to optimize railway automation. You’ll ensure safety compliance and efficient life-cycle processes while raising engineering excellence across time zones. The position offers meaningful impact in shaping digital railway solutions and the adoption of automation to shorten delivery cycles.

• Lead and develop a global, multidisciplinary engineering team across signaling projects
• Drive technical excellence and the adoption of AI tools and data processing (e.g., LIDAR) for ATC/CBTC design and testing
• Ensure compliance with CENELEC safety standards and V-Model lifecycle
• Promote automated methods to improve quality and reduce time-to-market across regions
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges in international projects

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar)
• Solid background in railway signaling engineering, specifically CBTC
• Deep understanding of railway safety life cycle and CENELEC regulations
• International mindset with leadership, influencing, and multicultural communication abilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel internationally
