We're looking for a Cloud & Hosting Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives within a global pharmaceutical organisation. This role requires someone who can bring structure to complexity, keep momentum high, and successfully deliver projects in an environment where requirements can shift and traditional project methodologies don't always fit.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading end-to-end delivery of cloud and hosting transformation projects across a global IT landscape.
- Managing cloud migration, hosting platform upgrades, infrastructure modernisation, and data centre transformation initiatives.
- Coordinating technical teams, vendors, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Driving project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
- Bringing clarity, governance, and direction to projects operating in fast-changing environments.
- Ensuring delivery remains on track despite changing priorities, evolving requirements, and competing stakeholder demands.
- Challenging technical teams where appropriate and acting as a trusted bridge between IT and the business.

What We're Looking For

✅ 3-5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or other highly regulated environments.

✅ Experience delivering one or more of the following:

- Cloud migration programmes
- Data centre consolidation projects
- Hosting platform transformations




- Infrastructure modernisation initiatives
- Server and storage refresh programmes
- Cloud adoption and optimisation projects
- Disaster recovery and business continuity projects
- Hybrid cloud transformation programmes

✅ Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies, enabling you to confidently engage technical stakeholders and challenge delivery assumptions when required.

✅ Proven track record delivering projects in complex transformation environments where project scope, priorities, and timelines can evolve.

✅ A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to maintain momentum and drive outcomes at pace.

✅ Comfortable operating without rigid project structures and able to create order from ambiguity.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments
- Exposure to hosting, infrastructure, platform, or data centre programmes
- Previous technical infrastructure or cloud background
- Experience working within global organisations
- Knowledge of IT security, resilience, disaster recovery, or infrastructure governance
