About the Assignment

For one of our clients in the financial services sector, we are looking for a Freelance Business Process Analyst to support the optimization and digital transformation of investment-related business processes.

You will work in an Agile environment as part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for analyzing, defining, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes. The role focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, design, and implement business processes.
- Continuously improve existing processes with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
- Conduct process analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver process enhancements.
- Document processes, procedures, and operational changes.
- Support testing activities and process validation.
- Monitor and evaluate processes using KPIs, incidents, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and support end users after implementation.
- Actively contribute within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives.




- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Contribute to sprint deliverables and support the successful delivery of planned work.

Required Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business process management, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience with process management and process modeling tools.
- Knowledge of the financial services, banking, or investment sector.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Continuous Improvement, BPM, etc.).
- Understanding of risk management and control frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive discussions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Good knowledge of French.
- Good knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Business Architecture principles.
- Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or data management initiatives.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
