We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an international digital environment and work on high-volume, customer-facing eCommerce experiences across multiple markets.

You'll have a direct impact on the full customer journey, combining UX/UI, experimentation, data and scalable Design Systems to improve both user experience and business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own and optimize key eCommerce journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, checkout and post-purchase .
- Turn research, analytics and experimentation into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma .
- Work closely with Product, Business and Engineering teams while contributing to the evolution of an international Design System .

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in UX / Product Design , ideally within eCommerce,



marketplace, retail or another high-volume B2C digital environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, responsive/mobile-first design, Design Systems and end-to-end UX/UI delivery .
- Experience using analytics, CRO, experimentation or A/B testing to improve conversion, engagement or other measurable business KPIs.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing products across multiple countries or markets , balancing general consistency with local needs. xcskxlj
- Previous exposure to complex marketplaces, retail platforms or large-scale eCommerce ecosystems .
- Experience scaling Design Systems and working with behavioural analytics or experimentation tools.
