Asegúrese de leerla detenidamente y luego envíe su solicitud.We are looking for a Product Manager to work in our Subscriptions team.This team is responsible for all of our subscriptions products, including Extra, Perks and Max! The number of subscribers has grown substantially over the last few years, and we’re now looking to scale and accelerate through new vectors of growth, that role will be key to drive that.As a Product Manager for Subscriptions, you’ll ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our subscribers, delivering more value to them and driving continued engagement.That means you’ll:Build a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain pointsWork closely with data and user research to identify areas of opportunities, including in various marketsDefine clear problems to solve, prioritise effectively, and focus on the opportunities with the highest potential impactPartner with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape and deliver product improvements, new value propositions and changesCollaborate with other Subscriptions squad to deliver a strong customer experienceTrack performance against goals and use data to understand what is and isn’t workingYou’ve shipped high-quality digital products in a fast-moving environment. Even better if you have experience in subscriptions based businesses or expansion focused rolesYou can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles - spanning engineering, design, data, user research, marketing,
legal and compliance - to get stuff doneYou’re highly customer-focused and know how to turn insight into practical product changes You're data-driven, and enthusiastic about metrics. You have a proven track record of making an impact through experimentation and optimization. You’re comfortable using both data and research to identify opportunities and make decisionsYou enjoy working across discovery and delivery, from understanding problems to testing solutions in marketYou’re able to work autonomously and make progress in ambiguous spacesYou get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.You’re excited by experimentation, and have strong instincts for how to learn quicklyYou work well with a wide range of partners and disciplines to get things doneYou care about delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes, not just shipping featureYou’re excited by what we’re doing at MonzoIf you're successful in applying for this role, we'll work with you to find a start date.
