What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Functional Analyst Junior to join our team. The adecuado candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of financial products within banking. Fluent English (B2+), knowledge of APIs and databases, and experience in banking or financial services are required. We welcome candidates ready to develop their expertise in a professional, international environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts.
- Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories).
- Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases.
- Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates.
- Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills




- Proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Rates is a plus).
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Language: High level of English (B2).

Nice To Have Skills
- Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Exposure to Capital Markets or CIB environments.
- Basic knowledge of derivatives or structured products.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
