Your main tasks will be:

- Prepare vouchers for processing
- Data entry/ keying into payable systems
- Processing of vendor debit or credit memos
- Statement reconciliation
- Invoice exceptions and supplier queries
- Processing of employee expense reimbursements
- Record retention, tracking and reporting for tax purposes
- Management reporting specific to accounts payable
- Provide information and coding to facilitate the recording of journal entries in GL
- Perform data balancing activities
- Reconcile / analyze general ledger accounts
- Communicate higher level/ more complex issues to Sr. Accountant
- Commitment to continuous improvement of AP Processes
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion

A successful AP Operations should have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Payables
- Very high English & Spanish Level.
- Shared Service Center experience is preferred
- Experience in accounting and financial systems




- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of ERP systems, SAP is a plus
- Experience in interfacing with business customers in resolving payment issues
