Our client is a leading general pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Workday Specialist.
This role is based in Barcelona and will report to the Senior Workday Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, enhance, and support multiple Workday modules, ensuring they meet evolving business and HR requirements.
- Lead and contribute to HR digitalisation projects, driving system improvements and process optimisation across the organisation.
- Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions and integrations.
- Manage Workday releases, provide advanced user support, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the HR technology landscape.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
