WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE?

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?

- Support R&D; engineers in selecting and searching for components in SAP.
- Review requests for the creation of part numbers (PNs) in accordance with the process (NOR.DEV.TBT010).
- Propose alternatives based on manufacturers and series approved by the company during the new PN request process.
- Configure the technical characteristics of PNs entered into SAP.
- Review product BOMs, focusing on prioritizing the use of RND and compliance with RoHS, REACH, and other regulations.
- Prepare periodic obsolescence reports to inform customers of the status of products that require such reports under contract.
- Submit standard certificates to obtain obsolescence predictions for components not supported by the life cycle status database.
- Review PCB footprints for newly generated part numbers.
- Technically update part number documentation: safety data sheets, RoHS, REACH, datasheets, etc.
- Provide technical support for components regarding incidents reported by: receiving, production, field service, etc.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Industrial Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP, particularly the MM module.
- Basic knowledge of MRP and transactions in the logistics module (purchasing, goods receipt slips, etc.).
- Knowledge of class and characteristic management systems.
- Ability to generate reports using QuickViewer.
- Experience using component databases such as IHS, Silicon Expert, Total Part Plus, and AVOCOM.
- Proficiency in Excel for handling large volumes of data using formulas.
- Knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to components, such as MIL-STD, RoHS, and REACH.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation and component datasheets.




- Ability to identify relevant parameters and performance metrics for components.
- Basic knowledge of evaluating the mechanical and electrical compatibility of components (FFF).
- Ability to identify the standards applicable to components.
