To secure the supply of components and manufacturing services on time, on cost and to quality standards, managing relationships with domestic and international suppliers and maintaining rigorous control of orders, inventory and documentation.
End-to-end management of the procurement cycle: requests for quotation, negotiation, issuing and tracking of orders, goods receipt and invoice approval.
Management of domestic and foreign suppliers (Europe, the US and China): evaluation, approval, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Purchasing of electronic components (semiconductors, PCBs, EMS assembly, memory, cabling, mechanical parts) and manufacturing services.




Supply planning in coordination with Production and Engineering: demand forecasts, stock levels, lead times and obsolescence or single-source risks.
Document control: contracts, commercial terms, certificates, component datasheets, batch traceability.
Maintenance of the item and supplier master data in the management system.
Tracking of procurement KPIs: on-time delivery, cost variances, supplier quality.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, preferably of electronic components or in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Very high level of English (C1 or above), spoken and written. Much of the communication with suppliers is in English.
Spanish at a professional level
Advanced command of Excel.
Strong organisational skills and autonomy, compatible with a part-time commitment.
Familiarity with ERP or supply planning tools.
Clear communication with both technical and commercial counterparts.
Permanent part-time contract.
