We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for projects from planning through execution.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment , dealing directly with customers and coordinating different teams to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

- Define and follow project timing, milestones and priorities.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
- Monitor project deliverables, costs, risks and timing.
- Identify problems early and drive actions to solve them.
- Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on project status.
- Communicate directly with customers and manage open points and priorities.
- Make sure actions have clear owners and deadlines, and follow them through.




- Adapt quickly when priorities or customer requirements change.
- Escalate critical issues when needed, with proposed solutions and next steps.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in Project Management, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a multinational and changing environment.
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers.
- Proactive, organised and practical, with a strong focus on getting things done.
- Able to manage several topics at the same time and work well under pressure.
