Purpose of the job

Our Account Managers are responsible for managing and delivering solutions for our clients through close work with internal teams and local partners. You'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further.

Our current areas of service delivery to this Healthcare sector client are 2D Print, Temporary + Permanent Point of Sale Materials (POSM) solutions.

This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. The client is based in Madrid, and you need to be able to readily access that location.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of being extended.

Key responsibilities

Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible

Offer technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service

Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global's full-service offering

Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records

Provide services that meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

Proactively identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts,



driving organic growth through strategic client engagement and value-based selling

Knowledge, skills + experience

Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs

Experience in 2D print as well as very strong POSM knowledge

Commercial bias / understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through time management + prioritization skills

Project Management mindset - process driven with a focus on sales and business development

Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority

Spanish and English language

Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards The generation of increased client revenue through successful organic growth initiatives

Service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments are consistently met or exceeded

Essential criteria

Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs + KPIs

Experience in 2D print as well as very strong POSM knowledge

Spanish and English language

Must be able to access the client site in Madrid a couple of times a week
