We are looking for an analytical and proactive Junior Account Manager to help grow our affiliate and performance marketing channels in Spain. You will manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, monitor campaign results and traffic quality, and identify opportunities to improve performance. You will also support partner integrations and work closely with Finance on budgets and monthly cost reconciliations.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your accounts while learning and growing within an international fintech team. Manage daily communication and campaign execution with affiliate partners, mobile marketing agencies, and performance networks Track lead quality, approval ratios, conversion rates, and ROI to improve campaign performance and flag potential traffic issues Support partner onboarding and coordinate tracking integrations, including API redirects and mobile measurement platforms Monitor campaign budgets, prepare monthly cost provisions, and reconcile partner commissions with the Finance team Analyze performance data using Excel and BI tools to spot trends and recommend improvements Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technical, Design,



Legal, and Finance teams to launch and optimize campaigns Understanding of affiliate or performance marketing and payout models such as CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPI Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, budgets, and performance metrics Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken 2–3 years of experience in account management, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing Experience working with affiliate networks, mobile acquisition agencies, or other performance partners Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or mobile measurement platforms such as Singular Experience in fintech, digital banking, financial services, or another performance-driven environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Private health and dental insurance Freedom to work from home two days a week Free fruit and snacks in the office Interested in growing your career in affiliate and performance marketing?
