We expect the FP&A; Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis. Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.

Assisting in the creation of financial presentations for senior management.



Identifying areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools. You are fluent in English and Spanish.

Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)Experience working with fast-growing tech companies or in high-growth environments is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
