HelloAt Factorial we're looking for a FP&A; Analyst for our Finance Team in Barcelona HQto help us take our company and customers to the next level! ðThe Role: We are looking for a FP&A; Analyst who is not only experienced but also passionate about financial analysis, with high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The idóneo candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where finance a key Partner all over the company. We expect the FP&A; Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis. Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.

Assisting in the creation of financial presentations for senior management. Identifying areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools.



You are fluent in English and Spanish.

Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)Experience working with fast-growing tech companies or in high-growth environments is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
