We are looking for a talented Application Production Support Analyst to join our team for a leading multinational company in the financial sector. Good level of English, minimum B2.

Experience investigating functional and technical application issues, analysing logs, application data and monitoring information. Ability to perform root-cause analysis and define corrective actions or appropriate workarounds.

Experience with ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL practices.

Experience with monitoring tools or production-support environments. Investigate functional and technical application issues using logs, application data and monitoring information. Perform root-cause analysis and define corrective actions or suitable workarounds.

Assess business impact and contribute to action plans during and after production incidents. Support production releases, deployments and operational-readiness activities.



Support knowledge-transfer activities, project handovers and cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives.
