We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and scale the infrastructure and tools that empower our developers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing services. If you're an experienced Platform Engineer, or a Software Engineer with a passion for Platform and Developer Experience, we would love to speak with you. Design, build and maintain scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS Hands-on experience managing systems in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.) Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.) Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)



Experience with containerisation and container orchestration (Docker, ECS, etc.) Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, etc.) Comfortable working across a mostly Linux estate, with some exposure to Windows systems and .NET applications Experience with serverless architectures Experience with defining advanced cloud networking setups In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.

How We Work At

Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week.
