Overview In this Backend Engineer role, you contribute across the full feature lifecycle to build scalable backend systems for the Grow & Engage domain. You collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to translate user needs into robust services that support customers from day one. The role sits in a mission-driven team with a focus on modern cloud architectures and continuous discovery, design, and delivery.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Berlin or Barcelona and help shape impactful fintech features and performance.
