We are looking for a Business Analyst with an AI focus to support strategic transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Transformation Programme Leads , supporting planning, coordination, governance, reporting, change delivery and executive communications.

This role combines strong Business Analysis expertise with the use of AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve productivity, insight generation, reporting, analytics, content creation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements .
- Perform business process analysis and mapping and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate information and activities across different workstreams and cross-functional teams .
- Support transformation programme planning, coordination and governance.
- Track actions, risks, dependencies and milestones .
- Prepare programme documentation, reports, presentations and executive materials .
- Analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations .
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support programme reviews and executive meetings.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting,



analytics, content creation and decision-making.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen programme effectiveness and governance.

Requirements

- Strong professional experience as a Business Analyst .
- Experience within Transformation, PMO, Strategy, Change Management or Business Analysis environments.
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management .
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- Experience with programme reporting, governance and documentation .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business environments .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional level of English .
